I often get asked what it is that I spend most of my time doing . . . and while my daily tasks are quite diverse, I find that Better Way Gourmet gets a great deal of my attention.
- So I've decided to outline some brief history, present updates, and future visions of BWG in the pages of this forum. I'm always interested in seeing what other companies (and chefs) do behind the scenes, and thought maybe some of you might like to take a peak behind the curtain of the Better Way Gourmet. . .
