I often get asked what it is that I spend most of my time doing . . . and while my daily tasks are quite diverse, I find that Better Way Gourmet gets a great deal of my attention.

I'm always interested in seeing what other companies (and chefs) do behind the scenes, and thought maybe some of you might like to take a peak behind the curtain of the Better Way Gourmet. . .
