Better Way Gourmet

This pumpkin Bread, baked in coffee cans was passed on by a dear friend, very good & very easy, adding raisins & walnuts is your choice ingredients
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil(or your choice of oil)
1 cup pumpkin(solid or pure pumpkin)
3cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbs. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 cup water
*opt. 1/2cup raisins-1 cup chopped walnuts

Cream eggs,sugar,oil, and pumpkin. Blend together dry ingredients. Add to cream mixture. Slowly blend in the 2/3 water.

Prepare 3 coffee cans (the one's you open with a can opener, bread has to slide out). Wash,dry and Crisco inside of cans and coat with sugar dump excess coating. fill each 1/2 way (3 soup ladles) tap can on counter to remove air gaps.

Bake for 1 hour on 350, let cool slide knife around inside of can to loosen and tip the bread out.
