Comment by ChefShane on September 18, 2008 at 3:19am - A little dish with big flavor. I don't like big desserts - just enough to enjoy something sweet after dinner. This dish accomplished that goal and was a big hit. I would definately consider a variation of this again - next time with more cotton candy!
