- When you are going to saute or pan fry , heat the pan to the smoking point before you add anything to the pan,including the fat/oil, this will ensure proper searing and a no stick surface.
- My healthy cooking tip to members:
- The taste of roasted vegetables is superior to their boiled and steamed counterparts but just as healthy!
- My food saving money tip to members:
- Hire a Personal Chef! It is not as expensive as eating out everynight!

- I love authentic Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean and Greek restaurants.
