- Ask any professional their opinion... don't be afraid to mess up and try again...also constructive criticism can be your best friend!!!

- Look always for the freshest ingredients possible, try new recipes and different ways of cooking...especially different cultural adventures
- My food saving money tip to members:
- purchase with friends at larger club stores, create a list, and properly store food
- My favorite healthy restaurants / eateries:
- Aroma Cafe, good earth, etc... anything that is cutting edge and if I can raw, organic or health conscious

- heavily salted items
