My easy cooking tip to members:
"Pam it.!!!!"......we, my partner and I, use this term often in our discussions when creating our recipes when discussing the use of a non stick cooking spray.. Hopefully it will become a new cooking term. I have found , that I can bake so many things with our "Pam It" technique vs. deep frying. One huge example was when I used to make tostada shells. I always had to fry them in oil...now...I "Pam It" and Bake them.
My healthy cooking tip to members:
Try to use coconut milk wherever possible. You will see from our website that I am a bit addicted to it!!!!
