Since watching Mom cook in my Italian family as about age 9, I developed an interest in helping prepared and decorate dinners. I wanted everything to be colorful and tastefully done from the looks to the flavor. When I hit my early twenties it was quite the advantage being a bachelor cooking an amazing meal.
