Creating your own show isn't as difficult as you may think...I know, if you don't know what your doing it can be a pain...first is equipment, who has a HD camera around? Next...Set, location,location(nothing worse than a gross kitchen or clutter to take away from your moment). Prepping is always critical, having everything ready and in order is helpful in your delivery of the recipe. Lastly, cook something you've made before, there is nothing worse than pulling out the end result and have it be your last meal that we see. That is...the hard part is over now find a local editor throw a few bucks at him or a student and Voila...your own video...So,MY show would like to feature YOUR recipes so if you'd like me to feature you and your food let me know, you do not need to be in Los Angeles for the support... Good job! People definately make it more complicated than it really is, and often get discouraged before they even begin.
