DAY 1
Medicate
Take an over-the-counter allergy medicine such as Zyrtec.
Fast
Stop eating for a day. Drink only water. If potassium levels are low, skip to "day 2".
DAY 2
Reintroduce fruit to your diet, starting with peaches, prunes, and bananas.
DAY 3
Reintroduce vegetables to your diet, avoiding "night shades".
DAYS 4-30
Reintroduce one new food each day noting it's effects. If you suspect an adverse reaction after eating a food eliminate it from your diet immediately, and try reintroducing that food in 30 days. Avoid nuts, dairy, night shades and gluten as well as frozen processed foods.
DAYS 31-60
Continue a gluten, nut, and dairy free diet. Continue to reintroduce other foods, noting progress and reactions, immediately eliminating any food you suspect may be causing a reaction.
DAY 60
Reintroduce nuts to your diet. Do so with precaution. This is the most common of all food allergies.
DAY 70
Reintroduce milk products to your diet.
DAY 90
Reintroduce gluten to your diet. Do so with precaution. This is another common allergy.
